All orders are subject to the terms and conditions printed below.
All prices include VAT where applicable and are valid until the
issue of our next price list. The prices in the current list supersede
all previous prices.
1) The receipt of an order by us, Rosedown Mill Ltd., from you
constitutes an offer by you to purchase goods upon the terms and
conditions listed here.
2) Orders must be accompanied by payment in full including postage
and packing charges. Cheques should be made payable to ROSEDOWN
MILL LTD.
3) Receipt or acknowledgement of an order by us does not constitute
an acceptance by us of the order or an undertaking to supply the
plants offered. Orders are accepted subject to availability of
plants.
4) Your plants will normally be dispatched within fourteen days
from receipt of your order, but we may delay the dispatch of plants
in cold weather.
5) While we take care to ensure that all plants are true to their
name, this cannot be guaranteed and no warranty expressed or implied
is given.
6) While catalogue prices are correct at the time of printing,
we reserve the right to change the price of a plant without notice.
7) You must inspect plants on delivery. If there has been damage
in transit, this must be recorded when you sign for receipt. We
cannot accept responsibility for damage noted subsequent to delivery.
8) Under no circumstances will Rosedown Mill Ltd. be liable for
consequential loss, special damages or other indirect loss however
it may arise, including the negligence of Rosedown Mill Ltd., whether
or not Rosedown Mill Ltd. knew, or ought to have known, that such
losses or damages might be incurred, including without limitation
loss of income, profits, interest or loss of market.
